They are super easy to make with only 6 INGREDIENTS that some of you might even have at home. And you don’t need a blender!

Ingredients for 6 popsicles:
280 g yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
100 g Petes Nut Butter – Smooth
60 ml maple syrup
120 ml water
⅛ tsp salt

Chocolate coating:
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 handful of salted peanuts, roughly chopped

Method:
1. Mix cashew yoghurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, water and salt until smooth.
2. Equally divide the mixture between the popsicle molds, insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
3. For the chocolate coating mix all ingredient (except peanuts) until smooth.
4. Remove popsicles from the molds and dip into the chocolate. Sprinkle with peanuts and return back to the freezer once the chocolate coating has hardened.
